These Terms and Conditions govern access to JAMz AI Connect, including the website, web app, mobile experiences, paid plans, website services, implementation, support and related services (collectively, the "Service"). They explain what JAMz AI provides, what each customer is responsible for, and how commercial work is handled.

AcceptancePlans & pricingPartnershipTalent dataSupportLegal terms

1. Acceptance and scope

By creating an account, accessing the Service, accepting a proposal, paying an invoice, or authorising another person to use the Service for your organisation, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a casting office, agency, production company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply alongside the applicable plan page, order form, commercial proposal, invoice, statement of work and written change request. If there is a direct conflict, the signed order form or statement of work controls for that specific engagement.

2. Definitions

  • Customer: the person or organisation that purchases or uses the Service.
  • Authorised User: a person the Customer permits to use its workspace.
  • Customer Data: content uploaded, entered, generated or shared by the Customer or its Authorised Users, including talent, applicant, client, project and audition information.
  • Role Closure: a role marked as successfully closed in the Service by the Customer.
  • Custom Work: work outside the standard plan or agreed partnership scope, including custom modules, integrations, migration and redesign work.
  • Business Day: a day other than a Sunday or public holiday in Maharashtra, India.

3. What JAMz AI provides

JAMz AI provides technology to help professional casting teams organise projects, roles, application links, talent profiles, auditions, callbacks, shortlists, client sharing, reports, public casting websites and optional AI-assisted tools. JAMz AI is a technology provider; it does not act as a casting employer, talent agent, legal adviser, payroll provider, background-check provider or guarantor of a casting outcome.

Customers remain responsible for their casting choices, employment decisions, talent engagement, contracts, payments, legal notices, consent collection, safety practices and compliance with laws that apply to their work.

4. JAMz AI SaaS plans

Standard plan features are described on the website and may be updated from time to time. The following commercial descriptions apply unless an order form states otherwise.

PlanCommercial modelCore scope
Pay Per Closure₹500 per successful role closureProjects, roles, application links, applicants, shortlists, private talent database and client sharing. First closure is free; a maximum of six active unpaid roles applies.
Unlimited Casting₹2,999 per monthUnlimited projects, roles, applicants and closures, plus advanced talent search, audition and callback management, sharing, standard reports and AI-assisted role/candidate tools.
Website₹3,999 per monthEverything in Unlimited Casting plus a standard professional casting website, JAMz-hosted subdomain, portfolio, active calls, contact section, hosting and maintenance.
Website Plus₹4,999 per month, plus applicable setup costEverything in Website plus custom domain support, greater brand personalisation, business-email setup support, analytics, search-engine setup and priority website assistance.

Features labelled unlimited are subject to fair and lawful use, platform safeguards, storage and technical limits, and do not include Custom Work.

5. Pay Per Closure conditions

Pay Per Closure is intended for occasional or project-based work. The Customer must accurately update role status. A closure fee becomes due when the Customer marks a role closed or otherwise confirms that a candidate has been selected for that role. JAMz AI may restrict creation of new roles, sharing, exports or other plan functions where unpaid closure fees remain outstanding. There is no monthly subscription under this plan, but standard support applies and Custom Work is chargeable.

6. Website and domain conditions

Website plans include only the standard scope described for the selected plan. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate, lawful and rights-cleared text, photographs, videos, logos, portfolio materials, casting calls and contact details. JAMz AI may refuse or remove material that appears unlawful, infringing, misleading, unsafe or inconsistent with the Service.

On Website Plus, domain purchase, renewal, transfer, DNS services and business-email licences are charged at actual cost unless stated otherwise in writing. Domain registration and availability are controlled by third-party registrars. JAMz AI does not guarantee a particular domain, search ranking, traffic, leads, email delivery or third-party platform availability. Major website redesigns and bespoke functionality are Custom Work.

7. Casting Technology Partnership

The JAMz AI Casting Technology Partnership is a premium implementation engagement for established casting directors, offices, agencies and production teams. It is designed to configure a private workspace around an agreed workflow and strengthen the Customer's operations, data organisation and professional digital presence.

Partnership setup starts at ₹49,999. Final pricing depends on the Customer's team size, user count, existing database, migration complexity, website and branding scope, workflow configuration, training needs and Custom Work. The relevant SaaS subscription is selected separately; in most cases this is Website or Website Plus.

8. Partnership setup scope

Unless varied in a signed statement of work, partnership setup may include workflow discovery; private workspace configuration; project, role and audition workflow setup; talent database structuring; agreed migration; basic data clean-up; duplicate identification; brand profile setup; website configuration; team-user setup; client-collaboration workflow; two structured online training sessions; managed go-live; and 30 days of post-launch implementation support.

Migration, clean-up and duplicate identification are performed only within the agreed scope. JAMz AI does not guarantee that source data is complete, accurate, deduplicated or suitable for import. The Customer must review sample imports, mappings, go-live configuration and any materials requiring approval.

9. Partnership payments, timing and approvals

Unless an order form states otherwise, partnership setup is paid in three stages: 40% on agreement and project confirmation; 30% on workspace and website review; and 30% before training and go-live. For a ₹49,999 setup, the typical amounts are ₹20,000, ₹15,000 and ₹14,999 respectively. GST and other applicable taxes are additional.

Project timelines depend on timely Customer inputs, approvals, access, content, data files and attendance at review/training sessions. Delays caused by missing inputs, third parties, changes in scope or Customer approval may move the delivery schedule and may require a revised proposal. Work begins after the applicable advance is received unless agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Support after launch

Partnership customers receive 30 days of included implementation support from managed go-live. Thereafter, support may be self-managed, purchased per request, or covered by an optional monthly plan.

  • Self-Managed (₹0/month): standard product, security and platform updates, platform-level bug fixes and help documentation. New assistance is chargeable.
  • Pay-Per-Request: basic assistance starts at ₹1,500; minor configuration and website content updates at ₹3,000; training at ₹5,000; workflow configuration at ₹7,500; custom reports or dashboards at ₹10,000; custom feature development at ₹25,000; third-party integration at ₹50,000; and custom AI work is quoted separately.
  • Essential Support (₹4,999/month): up to three requests and two hours of support work per month, WhatsApp/email support, minor configuration, basic website assistance, onboarding guidance and one monthly review call.
  • Growth Support (₹9,999/month): up to eight requests and five hours per month, priority support, minor workflow configuration, website assistance, team onboarding, database-hygiene review, optimisation call and priority issue coordination.

Unused support hours and request allocations do not carry forward. A request may require a separate quotation where it exceeds plan scope, creates material risk, needs third-party work or is Custom Work.

11. Custom Work and change requests

New product features, custom modules, advanced dashboards, WhatsApp/email/storage integrations, custom AI workflows, large migrations, manual data entry or verification, mobile-app work, major website redesigns, dedicated operational support and on-site implementation are not included in a SaaS subscription or monthly support plan unless expressly stated in writing.

JAMz AI will scope Custom Work through a written quotation or change request. Work starts only after the Customer approves scope, price, assumptions, dependencies and payment terms. Estimates are not fixed prices unless clearly stated as fixed. Third-party charges, licences and services may be additional.

12. Customer Data, talent data and consent

The Customer retains ownership of Customer Data. The Customer grants JAMz AI a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, reproduce and display Customer Data only to provide, secure, maintain, support and improve the Service.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that it has a valid legal basis, notice, consent and authority to collect, upload, use, share and retain all Customer Data, particularly personal data, photographs, videos, audition material, contact details, location information and client feedback. The Customer must honour data-subject requests that apply to its own processing and must not use the Service to unlawfully discriminate, harass or exploit individuals.

13. Private workspaces, client sharing and access

Workspace access is limited to Authorised Users and sharing recipients chosen by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for selecting appropriate users, permissions and recipients, and for promptly removing access when a team member or recipient should no longer have it. Sharing links should be treated as confidential. JAMz AI is not responsible for disclosures caused by Customer-configured sharing, compromised credentials, forwarded links or access granted by the Customer.

14. Account security and Google Sign-In

Customers must maintain accurate account information, secure their devices and Google accounts, and notify JAMz AI promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Where Google Sign-In is used, JAMz AI uses Google-provided identity information to authenticate the account as described in the Privacy Policy. The Customer remains responsible for account activity performed through its credentials and invited users.

15. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted role creation, candidate discovery, summaries, search or workflow suggestions are tools to assist human work. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased or unsuitable for a particular use. Customers must review outputs before relying on them, avoid entering data they are not authorised to process, and remain solely responsible for casting, employment, client and business decisions.

16. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service unlawfully; violate privacy, intellectual-property or publicity rights; upload malware; attempt to bypass security; scrape, probe, reverse engineer or overload the Service; impersonate another person; access another workspace without authorisation; use data for unlawful profiling or discrimination; send spam; or use the Service in a way that harms talent, clients, users or the platform.

17. Confidentiality

Each party must protect the other party's non-public business, technical, commercial and personal information using reasonable care and must use it only for the relationship under these Terms. This does not apply to information that is public without breach, already known lawfully, independently developed, rightfully received from a third party, or required to be disclosed by law. The Customer's confidentiality obligations include talent, client, project and audition information accessed through the Service.

18. Privacy, DPDP and data requests

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. JAMz AI processes personal data as described there and aims to apply appropriate notice, consent, security and grievance practices under applicable Indian law. The Customer remains responsible for its own role and obligations relating to data it controls. Requests relating to an account or personal data can be sent to jamz.techconnect@gmail.com.

19. Availability, maintenance and backups

JAMz AI will use reasonable efforts to operate the Service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure availability. Maintenance, updates, provider outages, internet failures, third-party services and security events may affect availability. Customers should maintain their own appropriate records and exports for business continuity. JAMz AI may apply maintenance, security or product changes where reasonably necessary.

20. Intellectual property and feedback

JAMz AI and its licensors own the Service, software, designs, documentation, templates, names, marks and other platform materials. Except for the limited right to use the Service during the applicable term, no rights are granted. If you provide feedback or suggestions, JAMz AI may use them without restriction or compensation, provided it does not identify you as the source without permission.

21. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third parties such as Google authentication, cloud providers, domain registrars, email providers, payment providers, analytics and AI providers. Their services are subject to their own terms, policies, availability and security practices. JAMz AI is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control, but will use reasonable care in selecting providers for the Service.

22. Suspension and termination

The Customer may stop using the Service subject to any active subscription, order form or project commitment. JAMz AI may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment of undisputed fees, infringement claim, fraud concern, or legal requirement. Where practical, JAMz AI will give notice and an opportunity to cure. On termination, Customer access ends and data handling follows the Privacy Policy, applicable agreement and law.

23. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, a particular casting outcome, ranking, traffic, lead volume or AI accuracy. JAMz AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages; lost profits; lost opportunities; or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

24. Indemnity

The Customer will defend and indemnify JAMz AI against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from Customer Data, unlawful use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights, except to the extent caused by JAMz AI's own breach or misconduct.

25. Changes to these Terms

JAMz AI may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where practical, notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the revised Terms. A current signed order form is not changed retroactively except as required by law or agreed in writing.

26. Governing law, disputes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory rights that cannot be excluded, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
